Acquisition to see OddsMatrix integrate sports betting developer Leapbit’s technology
In a move that expands its sports division, B2B iGaming software provider EveryMatrix has acquired Croatian-based sports betting supplier, Leapbit, according to a recent announcement by the company. The finalization of the acquisition and the resulting addition of an “advanced and proven” retail offering will bolster the Malta-based software company’s OddsMatrix sports betting product.
The merger will elevate the fully managed, API-based, flexible modular and modern sportsbook platform to a “true” omnichannel iGaming solution. And will see OddsMatrix integrate Leapbit’s comprehensive retail-focused software solution along with other products like lottery games and virtual horse racing, effectively growing its customer base with a product that is capable of supporting retail and online operations in regulated markets.
OddsMatrix & Leapbit Merger:
Commenting on the successful business acquisition, Ebbe Groes, Group Chief Executive Officer for EveryMatrix, said via company news…

“We’re delighted to be signing with EveryMatrix. The past four years with Leapbit have been more fruitful than expected; we’ve done a lot of work in a short time frame and couldn’t be prouder of this outcome. The team is eager to re-join a bigger company and work from the inside to push the boundaries of innovation within the sports betting software space,” read a statement from Božo Kekez, Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer for Leapbit.
